Thierry Tardy
Non-Resident Research FellowDr Thierry Tardy is an Associate Senior Researcher at the Institut Jacques Delors in Paris and Visiting Professor at the College of Europe (Bruges and Natolin) and at the University of Paris-Saclay. He previously held management and research positions at the NATO Defense College (NDC), the EU Institute for Security Studies (EUISS), the Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP), and the Foundation for Strategic Research (FRS). He regularly lectures at the NATO Defense College, the Baltic Defence College, as well as in the French military academies (Saint-Cyr and War College).
He has authored 8 books and more than 200 book chapters and articles on issues pertaining to European security and defence, EU and NATO policies, EU-NATO relations, UN peacekeeping, the consequences of the war in Ukraine, and national defence policies.
