Taras Kachka

Taras Kachka is Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration at the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. Prior to this, he served as Deputy Minister of Economy and Trade Representative of Ukraine from 2019. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (2001–11), and later headed international economic relations at the Ministry of Agrarian Policy. He also served as Vice President and Acting President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine (2014–15). He holds a master’s degree from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and undertook further studies in Public Administration in Warsaw.
