Rustem S. Kurmanguzin

Rustem S. Kurmanguzhin has held various positions in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He specialises in Kazakhstan–EU relations. Last year, he defended his doctoral thesis titled “The Republic of Kazakhstan–European Union: Kazakhstan’s initiatives on cooperation with the EU (2000–10)”. /2016
