Miriam Kosmehl
Senior Expert Eastern Europe at Bertelsmann StiftungMiriam Kosmehl has been Senior Expert on Eastern Europe for the Programme “Europe’s Future” at Bertelsmann Stiftung since 2017. Her research focuses on Ukraine, EU–Ukraine relations, the Eastern Partnership region, geopolitics, and governance. In 2012–17, she was Head of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation’s office for Ukraine and Belarus. She holds a Master of Laws degree in public international and international economic law from the University of Utrecht, as well as German First and Second Judicial State Examination in Law at the University of Freiburg and the District Court of Düsseldorf.
