Minna Ålander

Minna Ålander is Analyst at the Stockholm Centre for Eastern European Studies (SCEEUS) at the Swedish Institute of International Affairs (UI). She is also an Associate Fellow at Chatham House Europe Programme and a Non-resident Fellow at CEPA Transatlantic Defence and Security Programme. Previously, she worked at the Finnish Institute of International Affairs and at the German Institute for International and Security Affairs. Her research has focused on hybrid warfare, NATO, wider European and Arctic security. Her expertise also includes German foreign, security, and defence policy.
