Liis Mure is Senior Policy Fellow at the International Centre for Defence and Security, focusing on transatlantic relations, NATO issues and European defence. She previously served as Defence Counsellor at the Embassy of Estonia in Washington and, before that, as Security Policy Adviser to the President of Estonia, Mr Alar Karis.
Liis has held various defence policy positions in Estonia for two decades, and has been posted to NATO’s Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe and at NATO Headquarters.
