Kristen Davis

Kristen Davis is a strategist working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, and geopolitics, focusing on strategic foresight, digital sovereignty, and democratic resilience. Her work centres on designing strategic dialogues that enable governments, international organisations, and business leaders to navigate technological disruption and its implications for security, governance, information ecosystems, and society.

Since 2017, she has been closely involved with the Tallinn Digital Summit, one of Europe’s leading forums on digital governance and emerging technology. Having served for many years as one of its principal moderators, she now contributes to the summit’s strategic programme design and editorial direction, including speaker engagement and international media relations. In this role, she shapes high-level dialogues between political leaders, technology executives, and international organisations on the geopolitical and societal impact of emerging technologies.

She is the Founder and CEO of CinqC, a global strategic advisory firm working with multinational companies, European institutions, and international organisations on AI strategy, technological transformation, and long-term strategic positioning in the era of rapid geopolitical and technological change.

Previously, she held senior international leadership roles at The New York Times, where she led technology transformation, innovation initiatives, cybersecurity, and international operations during a period of significant structural change in global media and information ecosystems. This experience continues to inform her work on the relationship between technology, information integrity, and democratic resilience.

She also designs and delivers executive education programmes for institutions including Columbia University Global Centers, Sciences Po Paris, and the Erich Pommer Institute, and serves on boards focused on humanitarian innovation and democratic resilience.
