Giulio Tomio

Giulio Tomio is a master’s student in international security, security management and politics at Tampere University, Finland. He holds a bachelor’s degree in international studies from the University of Trento, Italy. His research interests include sanctions, sanctions evasion, maritime security, and Russian hybrid strategies. He previously completed an internship at the New Strategy Center in Bucharest, Romania, and at the University of Tartu, Estonia. He is currently working as an intern at the ICDS, where he assists with the Security & Resilience Programme.
