A new staff member Emmet Tuohy joined ICDS in June

Emmet Tuohy joined ICDS as a researcher in June 2012, focusing on cybersecurity, energy policy, and regional defence issues. A specialist in the politics and security of the Black Sea states, particularly Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine, Tuohy has also written extensively on issues such as Central Asian affairs and political Islam.
