The Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea) is not your typical diplomatic partner to communicate with. The efforts taken in the course of history to resolve the region’s issues with negotiations have almost always run up against North Korea’s unwillingness and its rational deliberations to uphold their regime.
