In cooperation with the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Estonia, the International Centre for Defence and Security (ICDS) is delighted to invite you to a seminar on protecting critical maritime infrastructure from hybrid threats from the perspectives of the Baltic Sea and the North Sea Baltic.

Several experts from the Netherlands will join their Estonian counterparts for discussions, including defence experts from the ICDS and representatives from the Hague Centre for Security Studies and the Netherlands Institute of International Relations Clingendael.
