Will McMillan

Will McMillan is a research intern at ICDS, where he contributes to analysis on European security, U.S. force posture, and the evolving transatlantic defense landscape. He studies International Relations and Russian at Occidental College in Los Angeles and previously served as a humanitarian volunteer in Ukraine.
