Professor Gray is one of the world’s leading strategic thinkers and has written extensively on strategy and defence issues. In addition to numerous monographs, book chapters and journal articles, he is the author of 22 books, including most recently War, Peace and International Relations: An Introduction to Strategic History (2007), Fighting Talk: Forty Maxims on War, Peace, and Strategy (2007), Strategy and History: Essays on Theory and Practice (2006) and Another Bloody Century: Future Warfare (2005). A dual UK and US citizen, Professor Gray also served for five years in the Reagan Administration.
The seminar was held on Thursday 7 August at ICDS.
