Over 30 Ukrainian young professionals participated in the Resilience League Summer School, which took place near Kyiv on 29-31 August 2018.
Among major topics of the training event were effective countermeasures against disinformation, methods of hostile propaganda, skills for media literacy, sociopsychological aspects of manipulations, informational security and strategic communication. ICDS speakers presented their expert views on military power as a communication tool and discussed role of intelligence in influence activities.
The event was supported by the Ukrainian Ministry of Youth and Sport. Main organisers were National Centre of Defence & Security Awareness (Estonia), Education Assembly (Ukraine), Centre for Progressive Communications (Ukraine) and ICDS.
