ICDS seminar: Aleksander Kwaśniewski – “The future of the European Union and its eastern neighbours”

The event was introduced by Marianne Mikko, MEP. 

Aleksander Kwaśniewski was President of Poland from 1995 to 2005. He was a co-founding member and the first chairman of the Polish Social Democratic Party. It was under his leadership that Poland joined NATO in 1999. He is currently an active member of several think-tanks and also a lecturer at Georgetown University.
