ICDS Research Fellow Participates at the Workshop on NATO Partnerships

On 18 and 19 May Piret Pernik, ICDS Research Fellow, participated in the workshop “Partnership in the Cyber Domain: Reinforcing the Resilience of Allies and Partners” which took place at the NATO C&I Agency facility in The Hague, The Netherlands.

The workshop, hosted by Allied Command Transformation, was part of a series of workshops organised in support of the Strategic Military Partner Conference 2016. The objective of the workshop was to increase awareness of NATO´s engagement with partners in the Cyber Domain, as well as identify potential areas of greater cooperation. Specifically, discussions addressed themes such as defence innovation; the cyber dimension of hybrid warfare; resilience of allies and partners´ networks and concepts such as Federated Mission Networking. Over 30 participants actively contributed to the event, with cyber experts from NATO, the CCD COE, industry, academia, and allied and partner nations.
