ICDS Research Fellow Delivers Lectures on Cyber Defence at the Multinational Joint Headquarters in Ulm

ICDS Research Fellow Piret Pernik delivered lectures on cyber defence at the Multinational Joint Headquarters (MNHQ) in Ulm, Germany on 7 July 2016.

She spoke about topics such as cyber and hybrid threats, military cyber defence, the evolvement of cyber domain and the development of cyber capabilities, and NATO-EU cyber security cooperation. Piret Pernik also participated at a high-level roundtable together with Lieutenant General Richard Rossmanith, the Commander of MNHQ. MNHQ is a Joint Support Service activity staffed with multinational personnel and its purpose is to exercise command and control of crisis management operations as tasked by the United Nations, NATO, or the EU.
