On 13 October, ICDS hosted a seminar with Brigadier James Chiswell, entitled ‘Operations in Afghanistan’.
Brigadier Chiswell, currently Head of Overseas Operations in the Directorate of Operational Policy, UK Ministry of Defence, spoke about his experiences as Commander of Task Force Helmand between October 2010 and April 2011.
