Paavo Lipponen visited ICDS on November 23

On November 23, Mr Paavo Lipponen, former Finnish Prime Minister, gave a lecture at the International Centre for Defence Studies on the security of Northern Europe and the relations between Finland and NATO.
Discussion was held in English and facilitated by Mario Mälksoo, researcher of the ICDS.
