Toms Rostoks is the Director of the Centre for Security and Strategic Research, National Defence Academy of Latvia.
Toms has written a number of articles and book chapters on deterrence, state intentions, Latvia’s foreign and security policy, Latvian-Russian relations, human security, and small states. His current research interests include deterrence, state intentions, Latvia’s decisions regarding conscription versus the all-volunteer force, and the relationship between public opinion and foreign policy. /2020
