Sarah Manney is a last-year BA student of International Relations at the University of Stanford (USA), specialising during her studies in international security and Europe. In summer 2015, she was an Emerging Fellow / Intern at Roosevelt Institute and in winter of 2016 she was a Research Intern at European Security Initiative, where she focused on U.S.-Russia relations and assisted research faculty, including former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. In summer 2016, she was a Research Intern at the ICDS in Tallinn, selected for the position by Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies’ Global Policy Internship programme. She was born in Vancouver (British Columbia, Canada). /2016
