Priit Mändmaa has served as the secretary-general for the World Energy Council Estonia since April 2018. Prior to this, he worked at the Estonian Competition Authority, at first as a lawyer and later as the deputy head of the Department of Energy and Infrastructure. From 2013 to 2015, he was a lecturer for the International Business Law course at the Estonian Business School. He acquired his bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) and master’s degree in European law (LLM) from the University of Aberdeen. Currently, he is a PhD student at the Estonian Business School.
