Paavo Palk graduated as a historian from the University of Tartu in 1991, defended his Master’s degree on the restoration of Estonia’s independence and international relations at Tallinn University in 1997 and committed himself to studying the topic in his doctoral studies at the University of Tartu in 1999–2004. He is currently working at the European Commission Representation in Estonia. /2016
