Oleh Pokalchuk is a well-known Ukrainian social and military psychologist, writer, publicist, and long-term advisor of leading Ukrainian politicians. He has worked in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. He is a board member of the Institute for Social and Economic Research (Kyiv, Ukraine) and the author of many scientific articles and methodological works on the topics of social fears, political leadership, and political elites. He is a leading expert of the Resilient Ukraine programme on the development of models for strengthening national resilience and psychological resistance to Russian aggression.
