Mikk Raud is a graduate of Government & Laws programme of the University of Hong Kong and is currently pursuing Master’s of China Studies degree at the Yenching Academy of Peking University. In 2016, he was a research intern at the ICDS and also at NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence (CCDCOE). He works as Associate Consultant in Cyber Security at Control Risks Hong Kong.
