Marge Mardisalu-Kahar, a historian by training, has been Director of the Estonian Center of Eastern Partnership since summer 2013. She previously held various positions in the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, most recently at the Permanent Representation of Estonia to the EU in Brussels where, among other matters, she handled the Eastern Partnership.
