Dmytro Dubov has almost 20 years of research experience in the field of information security and public policy in this area. He has authored a number of works on cybersecurity, combating subversive information activity, and countering disinformation. He holds a Doctor’s of Political Science in the field of National Security. Since 2017, he has been cooperating with the Resilient Ukraine programme as a leading expert on information and cyberthreats.
