Dr. Che-chuan Lee is a research fellow in the Division of National Security Research, Institute for National Defense and Security Research (INDSR), in Taipei, Taiwan. Previously, he served as a career diplomat at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, a specialist at the National Security Council, and the Office of the President from 1995 to 2000. In 2009, he received his PhD in international studies from the University of South Carolina in the United States.
