Annabel Peterson is a graduate of Leiden university specialised in post-Soviet area studies, collective defence and national security. She joined ICDS as an intern in 2022 and has remained loosely affiliated as an occasional author. Annabel is well-versed in political risk analysis, OSINT investigations and issues involving the Ukraine war. Her research interests include hybrid warfare, national strategic cultures and Russo-Western relations.
