Anna Bulakh was a junior research fellow at the International Centre for Defence and Security. Her research focused on energy security and regional issues in the Eastern Partnership countries, especially Ukraine.
Before joining ICDS as a research assistant in February 2013, Anna was a researcher on the Eastern Partnership region at the Prague Security Studies Institute. A graduate of the International Relations and European Integration programme for future diplomats and civil servants at the Estonian School of Diplomacy, Anna holds an BA in economic theory and an MA in political science and international relations.
